BeachCult ships to both S.A and international addresses. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow two business days for your order to be processed in addition to your preferred shipping method. Orders received after 1:00PM are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.

Returns/Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We don’t accept returns on swimwear.

No refunds on resort wear - a credit note will be issued. 

In the unlikely event that a refund is issued, please allow 7 - 10 business days for processing. 

Swimwear is non-returnable for healthcare and South African policy reasons.

To complete your return for an exchange or a credit voucher we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@beachcult.co.za.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
