Every BeachCult piece is designed in-house and handcrafted to order by our small team of artisans in Cape Town, using premium recycled fabrics. Because each piece is made especially for you, we ask that you choose carefully before purchasing.
Apparel & Cover-Ups Dresses, pants, kaftans, and other non-swimwear apparel may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate an exchange, email hello@beachcult.co.za with your order number and reason for exchange.
Swimwear & Accessories Due to hygiene regulations, all swimwear and accessory sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on these items.
We know buying swimwear online without trying it on requires trust — and we take that seriously. Before placing your order, we warmly encourage you to:
- Consult the size guide on each product page
- Read the fit note for that specific style
- Email us at hello@beachcult.co.za with your measurements and we'll personally recommend the right size for you
We'd much rather take five minutes to help you get it right than have you receive something that doesn't feel perfect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@beachcult.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll resolve it promptly.
Pre-Orders Pre-order sales are final. By placing a pre-order you are securing a made-to-order piece and agreeing to the estimated dispatch timeline listed on the product page.
Sale Items: All sale, promotional, or discounted sales are final.
Delivery BeachCult ships to both SA and international addresses. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow two business days for your order to be processed in addition to your preferred shipping method.
Orders received after 1:00PM are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for local pre orders.
International orders please allow 2 - 4 weeks shipping. This can be quoted individually please email us on hello@beachcult.co.za
Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. BeachCult takes no responsibility for the parcel once it leaves South Africa

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
