Bei BeachCult sind wir davon überzeugt, dass der Geist des Sommers niemals auf Kosten der Erde gehen sollte. Jedes Stück, das wir kreieren, entspringt einer tiefen Ehrfurcht vor der Natur, Kunstfertigkeit und ethischem Design – eine sonnenverwöhnte Liebesgeschichte zwischen Stil und Nachhaltigkeit.
BeachCult wurde in Kapstadt von der Designerin Joanna Hedley gegründet und wird zu 100 % in Südafrika produziert, wobei ein achtsamer, ethischer und von Frauen geführter Ansatz für Resort- und Bademode verfolgt wird. Jede Kollektion ist eine Hommage an lokale Handwerkskunst und wilde Weiblichkeit, wo kühne Silhouetten und von südafrikanischen Künstlern entworfene Drucke mit Sinn und Seele vernäht werden.

The materials we choose are one of the most important decisions we make. We carefully source fabrics that balance exceptional quality with a lower environmental impact, selecting fibres that feel beautiful to wear while supporting a more responsible future for fashion.
From innovative regenerated swim fabrics to natural fibres and certified viscose, every textile is chosen with longevity, performance, and purpose in mind.
Nachhaltige Bademode
Unsere Bademode wird aus recyceltem Nylon und Plastik hergestellt und zu einem luxuriösen italienischen Technostoff mit Zwei-Wege-Stretch, UV-Schutz und Chlorbeständigkeit verarbeitet – Leistung trifft auf Planetenpflege.
Stoffe mit Zukunft
Unsere Kleidung wird aus Textilien wie Lenzing™️ Ecovero™️ und Flachsleinen hergestellt – pflanzliche Fasern, die biologisch abbaubar, kompostierbar und aus zertifiziert erneuerbarem Holz gewonnen werden.
Mit Sinn gedruckt
Wir bedrucken unsere Stoffe digital und lokal in Südafrika mit umweltfreundlicher Technologie, die den Wasser- und Chemikalienverbrauch drastisch reduziert. Jeder Druck ist ein limitiertes Kunstwerk, das liebevoll von südafrikanischen Illustratoren geschaffen wurde – keine zwei Kleidungsstücke sind exakt gleich, und das ist Teil des Zaubers.

Small Batch Production
Every collection is produced in carefully considered quantities to minimise overproduction and unnecessary waste. Wherever possible, we optimise every metre of fabric, embracing thoughtful production over excess.
Thoughtful Packaging
We use recyclable, biodegradable, and reusable packaging wherever possible, with many orders arriving in locally made cotton tote bags designed to be enjoyed long after they've been unwrapped.
Green Friday
Each year we celebrate Green Friday in partnership with Greenpop, supporting indigenous tree planting and environmental restoration. Every purchase contributes to a healthier future for our planet.
Transparency
Producing entirely within South Africa allows us to know exactly where our garments are made, who makes them, and how they're created. We believe transparency is essential to building fashion that's as honest as it is beautiful.
